What is Pics for Paws™?

Pics for Paws™ is a social networking service that allows you to share your pet photos and comments with friends.  Pet profiles that you create are anonymously displayed to the public while additional information, photos and comments are visible to your friends.

How do I add my pet?

In order to create a pet profile, you must "Login with Facebook" and accept the terms of service.  Once logged in, the "My Pets" and "My Friends" links will appear in the top menu.  Select the "My Pets" link followed by the "New Pet" button.

What are the pet profile symbols?

When viewing your pets with the "My Pets" link, a status symbol will appear on the upper left of each pet profile image.

The initial status of a pet profile without a photo is visible only to you.
A new or updated pet profile with a photo is visible to you and your friends.  Once approved by Pics for Paws™, the pet profile will become visible to the public within 24 hours.  Your name, additional photos and comments are visible only to you and your friends.
The pet profile was approved by Pics for Paws™ and is visible to the everyone.  Your name, additional photos and comments are visible only to you and your friends, not the public.
A paused pet profile is visible only to you.
A new or updated pet profile that does not meet the Pics for Paws™ terms of service.
